Legally, you are obliged to report the defect within two months of discovering it. to report this to us. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will provide for repair or replacement free of charge .
Exceptions
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, wear and tear due to normal use, drops, bumps, water or heat damage, or damage caused by modifications to the product. Damage caused by incorrect cleaning or maintenance is also not covered by the warranty.
